Présentation
Le HDR est le sigle de l'anglais pour High Dynamic Range qui se traduit par imagerie large-gamme et qui définie procédé d'imagerie où plusieurs images d'intensité différente sont superposées pour dynamiser le rendu. En télévision plusieurs standards sont existants à savoir :
- HDR10 : système ouvert sur 10 bit développé par le Consumer Technology Association (CTA)
- Dolby Vision : système propriétaire sur 12 bit développé par Dolby Inc.
